By placing an order, the customer (“you”) accepts these Terms in their entirety.
- Products and Print-on-Demand Production
All products offered on this website are printed on demand.
Production and fulfillment are carried out by Gelato, a global print-on-demand service provider.
This means:
- Products are manufactured specifically for your order.
- Production and shipping are executed by Gelato or its local production partners.
- Stock levels do not apply, and each item is made individually per order.
- Order Process and Contract Formation
- By selecting a product and proceeding to checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders on valid grounds (e.g., incorrect data, payment issues).
- Prices
All prices displayed in the shop include taxes where applicable.
Additional costs (such as shipping fees) will be shown during checkout.
We may update prices at any time, but the price at the time of purchase applies.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed directly by the chosen provider.
No full credit card details are stored by us.
- Production and Shipping
6.1 Production
All orders are produced after purchase through Gelato.
Your data necessary for production (name, address, product details) will be forwarded to Gelato and their production partners.
6.2 Shipping
Shipping is handled directly by Gelato’s global partner network.
The shipping carrier is selected dynamically depending on destination and production facility.
Possible carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, or others.
6.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on region, production facility, and local shipping conditions.
Estimated ranges are displayed during checkout, but actual delivery times may differ.
- Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
Because the products are print-on-demand and individually manufactured, there is no general right of withdrawal.
However, you are entitled to request a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective
- The product is incorrect (wrong size, wrong print, wrong item)
- The product arrives damaged

- Photos of the defect/damage
- Description of the issue
We will investigate the case and coordinate replacement production or a refund.
- Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable German and EU laws.
This includes claims for defective products that are not caused by misuse or normal wear.
- Liability
We are liable only for:
- Intentional or grossly negligent damages
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Mandatory legal liability (such as product liability laws)
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings or printing processes
- Losses caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer
- Intellectual Property
All images, graphics, product designs, texts, and branding used on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit permission.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Sindelfingen, Germany.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
